On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1997, Scottish scientists announced the successful cloning of Dolly, a sheep. The Welsh magazine “Natural Husbandry” asked for and received permission to film Dolly and interview the scientist involved in this wonderful breakthrough. On the day of the photo-shoot and interview, the Scottish scientists became very concerned when the Welsh photographer asked if he could get a ‘playful’ pose of Dolly while she wore some of the costumes he had brought with him.
