On November 16, 1871, the National Rifle Association (NRA) was first chartered in the State of New York. This was back when it was still a patriotic organization and before it became subsidized by Russian oligarchs. It has been rumored that the NRA has considered changing its name to the NRRA or the National Russian Rifle Association and that whenever there is a change in management, they have to obtain Putin’s permission first.
