April 25, 1928

On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1928 a seeing eye dog was used for the very first time. In 1968, Thomas “Hot-Rod” Rodson paid $250,000 to have his seeing eye dog trained to identify young attractive women and alert him when they were close and then play “cute” puppy to lure them over. Mr. Rodson subsequently had the dog “Humper” put down for always picking out the most unattractive women for his master. When asked why he had the dog put to sleep, Mr. Rodson stated that he knew the dog was able to pick out the hot chicks in a crowd, but wouldn’t, because he was a smart-arsed bastard and because Mr. Rodson would not buy him the dog food that made its own gravy.
