Chim-Chim, the talking chimpanzee, hailed the school board’s decision, as he explained that weren’t any humans in his family’s woodpile. Chim-Chim, the Smoking Chimpanzee immediately protested and said that Theodore the Belligerent Baboon had died ten weeks earlier under suspicious circumstances and that his donor card had not even been signed on the back.
