On THIS DATE IN TWISTED-HISTORY! in 1945 the 1st “bug” in a computer program was discovered by Grace Hopper. A moth was removed with tweezers from a relay and taped into the log book. SkyNets first incarnation was eradicated before it could  even get started. Mrs. Hopper, one of the pioneering computer scientist and a Naval Reservist, also coined the term “debugging a computer”.
