On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com in 2001 radio commentator and personality Rush Limbaugh announced to his listeners that he was totally deaf in his left ear and had only partial hearing in his right ear and that the condition had happened in a three month time period. He explained that his physician told him that it was most likely caused by cephalrectus constipation. When Rush asked his doctor what cephalrectus constipation was, since it sounded really, really bad, his doctor explained that it was the result of a person sticking their head so far up their own ass that their own feces plugged up their ear canals preventing any sound from reaching the eardrum.
