October 2, 1967

On October 2, 1967, all six members of the Grateful Dead were arrested for possession of marijuana in San Francisco, California. The police entered without a warrant, because they knew that the band members of the Grateful Dead lived there, and they even broke the door down, because they knew there was going to be pot there. It was similar to shooting drugged fish in a barrel. For everyone playing Marijuana Band Bingo in 1967, you got a point for an illegal drug raid against a rock band, a point for ALL the members being arrested, and a point because the police tried to make pot possession be equal to killing a librarian, and not one of the hot ones you find in anime.
