On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 2009 Atlanta police officer William Martinez died from exertion during a threesome with another man and a woman who was not his wife. His wife sued his heart doctor and won because the heart doctor didn’t tell him about the dangers of strenuous sex and Viagra. The doctor’s attorney wanted to use the defense that if the heart attack hadn’t killed Mr. Martinez, Mrs. Martinez was sure to, but the judge wouldn’t let him, as Mrs. Martinez intentions never had the chance to come to fruition.
