On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1827, Athens fell to the Ottomans, who ruled Athens until the Credenzas invaded in the 1880s. The Credenzas ruled in a wooden fashion for many years and they kept many secrets locked away as they believed in compartmentalizing everything. It wasn’t until the Ikeans came to power in the 1950s that Athens finally experienced freedom and the ability to insert peg B into slot A.
