On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1919, Romania annexed Transylvania, proving that the Gypsy led werewolves were stronger than the foppish vampires. The werewolves’ strategic advantage of being able to work during daylight hours proved too strong for the vampires and their mind-control powers. Also, while both groups had a severe allergy to silver and silver based products, the vampires inability to enter a home unless first invited, proved particularly troublesome during the underground Vamp-Wolf War of 1918.
