On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com in 1980 the Belgian constitution was revised. The amendment to declare waffles as the national breakfast was rejected, while Beer was almost voted in. The opponents to the Beer for Breakfast Amendment declared that they weren’t against beer per se as the national breakfast of choice, they just wanted it to be ‘good’ beer and not any of that foreign crap.

As a Rory Award Winning Screenwriter, I have to say that not only is this not at all gratuitous, but you only said it once.

While a true master, like a Rory Award Winning Screenwriter such as myself, can manage to infuse a single usage with sufficient gratuitousness, a rank amateur such as yourself (who has never won a Rory Award for Screenwriting, I’d wager) usually requires at least three repetitions in order to generate an appropriately gratuitous air.

Seriously, sir, at the rate you’re going, you’re never going to win a Rory Award for Screenwriting (as I have done), unless you step up your game in a big way.

    Most sincerely,
    A Rory Award Winning Screenwriter
Did I mention I’m a Screenwriter?… and that I won a Rory Award for it. ‘Cos I did. Totally.

    Re: The Internet

Dear sir, please refrain from abusing the internet. There is only so much of it to go around.
