August 28, 1963

On August 28, 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., gave his “I Have a Dream” speech at a civil rights rally in Washington, DC, inspiring millions over the next 57 years. Also, on this date in 2006 after years of having sex with porn stars, it is speculated that New York entrepreneur Donald Trump looked into his bathroom mirror and gave his, “I Have a Rash” speech. One of these men would be assassinated for trying to obtain equal rights, better education opportunities, and better living and working conditions for people of color. The other one would become President of the United States by convincing angry, white racists that he understood their pain. Three guesses on who did what and you’d better get it right on the first try.
