April 9, 1454

On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1454 the city states of Venice, Milan and Florence signed a peace agreement at Lodi, Italy. This was done so the Italian national sport of political poisonings and dark alley assassinations could be resumed without having armies getting in the way.
