On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1982 independent car manufacturer John Delorean was indicted for drug trafficking. He was later acquitted when Judge Emmitt Brown found that the federal agents and their informant, Biff Tannen, entrapped DeLorean into the drug trafficking scheme. Video was released that showed Tannen calling DeLorean a chicken over and over until he shouted, “I’m not chicken, Biff. I’ll do the damn deal!”
