On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com in 1966 the US Supreme Court ruled that a “poll” tax was unconstitutional. 22 years later, the male majority of the Supreme Court Justices ruled that “pole” dancing was constitutional as a “Freedom of Expression.”
