On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 2011 Pope Benedict XVI announced the launch of the Vatican’s news website “Vatican General Information News Association” and it would be found at news.vagina. When the Pope was asked why name it news.vagina, he said was because it was news from the Va(tican) G(eneral) I(nformation) N(ews) A(ssociation) and that the Cardinal focus group thought it would be easier to remember the website that way. When the Pope was informed what a vagina was, he quickly went with the second choice of news.va.
