On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1866, the country of Liechtenstein was required by treaty to send troops to help in the Austro-Prussian War. The Prince sent 80 soldiers and at the end of the seven weeks war the troops march back without a single casualty. In fact, of the who 80 marched out, 81 marched back in as the Liechtensteiners had found and made an Austrian friend who wanted to become a Liechtensteiner.
