On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1998, nineteen European nations formally agreed to prohibit human cloning. Germany and England did not sign the accord. Germany refused because they claimed their laws were already more restrictive and any attempts to clone Hitler would have to happen in Argentina or on their secret labs located on the dark side of the Moon. England didn’t agree because they were trying their damnedest to clone Holly Willoughby and 69% of the English population agreed with the attempt.
