February 16, 1952

On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com! in 1952 the FBI arrested 10 members of the Ku Klux Klan in North Carolina. Their names were Early, Early Junior, Jim Bob, Billy Bob, Bubba, Bubba Bob, Junior, Bubba Bob Junior, Bubba Bob Senior, and Steve Brooks. All of the men, while sharing the last name of Brooks claimed they weren’t that closely related even though they had the same last name. The Brooks admitted that obviously Early was Early Junior’s father and Bubba Bob Senior and Bubba Bob Junior were father and son. But they argued that they couldn’t be that racist as Steve was both black and gay. Steve denied both allegations and his roommate Brad claimed that if Steve was black, you could have fooled him.
