On this date in Twisted-History.com in 1920 the 19th amendment to the U.S. Constitution went into effect. The amendment prohibited discrimination on the basis of sex in the voting booth. The politicians of the era admitted that while the missionary position was more traditional, doggie style would enable the man to point out who the woman should be voting for and help her pull the levers.
