On This Date in TWISTED-HISTORY.com in 1998 “Titanic” became the first movie in North America to earn more than $600 million. In more promising news, young women today under the age of 30 really don’t understand the hysteria that “Titanic” produced in 1998 and seem to have avoided the “Jack and Rose” mental illness that afflicted so many back then. Of course they can name every character from “Jersey Shore”, but isn’t that truly a step in the right direction?
